Su Teatro stands  with  Chile Rocked by one of the most powerful earthquakes in history, Chile struggles to assess and rebuild after the devastation. Su Teatro will step forward and offer our support. Due to a coincidence of scheduling, this week we are hosting Diciembre by Chile's own Teatro en el Blanco. Although their families and friends are safe, there is much concern and fear about the conditions in their homeland.  Nevertheless, the company will perform this weekend, March 4, 5, and 6 at Su Teatro's new location at the Denver Civic Theatre. Please come out and show your support. Su Teatro will split the proceeds from this weekend's performances, and donate the difference to the relief efforts in Chile. Performed by the Chilean company, Teatro en el blanco (Theater on Target), Su Teatro presents this gripping contemporary drama as part of the National Performance Network's Performing Americas project. A darling of the international theater circuit, Guillermo Calderón has quickly become one of the most talked about young playwrights from South America. With Diciembre, he takes a hard look at irrational racism and the complicated divide between nationalism and pacifism. Su Teatro is bringing you some of the finest theater work in the world. Don't miss it. Performances are Thursday, March 6; Friday, March 5;  and Saturday, March 6 at 7:30pm at Su Teatro's new home, the Denver Civic Theatre at 7th Avenue and Santa Fe Drive.
